About the event

Almost 80% of organizations are struggling to find top talent. Korn Ferry estimates there will be a global shortage of 85 million workers by 2030. When you do find ideal candidates, almost 90% say no and 81% fail or quiet quit within 18 months. Gallup's latest report shows that almost 80% of workers don’t trust employers, and 77% are disengaged. Conversely, Deloitte says that high trust workers drive 400% more business performance, 88% more customer loyalty, and 79% more productivity. LinkedIn says it's all about soft skills. If lacking, they account for 90% of failures.

How can you find, qualify, and entice qualified high trust professionals with the right soft skills for each position? How can you also get tax credits to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I)? The best way is to hire qualified and diverse veterans, as well as their family members. These individuals have been tested in the most difficult work environments imaginable. They are disciplined, trained, dedicated, and loyal. They're also in high demand, and even harder to find than civilian candidates. Veteran job fairs and advertising campaigns are expensive and often ineffective. If you do find qualified veterans, how can you ensure they have the right soft skills, culture fit, and trust factors? Also, how can you entice them to join your team against stiff competition? Once hired, how can you ensure seamless onboarding, transitioning, and personalized learning and development to retain them?

Join us for a fireside chat with Anthony Stewart, CEO of Us4Warriors, an award winning veteran's non-profit, and the former Admin Director for the Naval Special Warfare Training Command (U.S. Navy SEALs). He'll be interviewed by W. Craig Reed, a former U.S. Navy Diver and the New York Times bestselling author of Start With Who that Ken Blanchard says is "fascinating" and "thought-provoking." Topics discussed include how to leverage a social media and email network of 5M+ veterans and their relatives for recruiting. More importantly, how to use cognitive AI and neuroscience to qualify candidates as High Trust Professionals and match their soft skills and experience against your job requirements. Once found, how you can use ChatGPT to create personalized messages to entice these individuals. Once hired,  the best ways to onboard and transition veterans, as well as use personalized learning and developement to retain them.
